Tostedt, 21. Oktober 2024 - Die FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group SE (ISIN DE000A255F11), ein führender Anbieter von Lösungen im Bereich der Energieinfrastruktur für Gas-, Strom- und Wasserstoffanwendungen, erzielte im dritten Quartal ein EBITDA von 25,3 Mio. € und übertrifft damit den Vorjahreswert von 6,8 Mio. € um mehr als ein Dreifaches. Der Umsatz stieg im selben Zeitraum um 32,4 % auf 145,0 Mio. €. Die EBITDA-Marge legte somit um mehr als 11 Prozentpunkte auf 17,5 % zu. Bezogen auf die ersten neun Monate des Geschäftsjahres lag das EBITDA mit 49,8 Mio. € um 144,1 % über dem Vorjahreswert; der Umsatz wuchs um 23,3 % auf 339,1 Mio. €, sodass sich eine EBITDA-Marge von 14,7 % ergibt. Der Nettofinanzmittelbestand konnte trotz des starken Wachstums zum 30.09.2024 auf 30,4 Mio. € gesteigert werden, was einem Anstieg um 42,8 Mio. € seit dem 30.06.2024 entspricht. Nachdem Umsatz und Profitabilität bereits im zweiten Quartal deutlich angestiegen waren, erreichten beide Kennzahlen im dritten Quartal absolute Rekordwerte. Hintergrund dieser hervorragenden Geschäftsentwicklung ist der qualitativ hochwertige Auftragsbestand von 1.178,2 Mio. €, welcher im Zuge der sich beschleunigenden Energiewende weiter deutlich ansteigen wird. In den ersten neun Monaten lag der Auftragseingang bei 516,4 Mio. € und damit bei mehr als dem 1,5-fachen des Umsatzes im gleichen Zeitraum. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser hervorragenden Entwicklung sowie eines unverändert positiven Ausblicks hebt der Vorstand seine Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 zum zweiten Mal an und erwartet nunmehr einen Umsatz von 430-460 Mio. € nach zuvor prognostizierten Umsatzerlösen von mehr als 410 Mio. €. Darüber hinaus erhöht der Vorstand die prognostizierte EBITDA-Marge auf 14-15 %, die zuvor am oberen Ende der Spanne von 11-13 % erwartet worden war.
