Enapter-Gruppe erhält 1,3 Mio. Euro Forschungsförderung vom italienischen Wirtschaftsministerium
Berlin, 21. März 2024. Die Enapter AG (ISIN: DE000A255G02) hat für ihre italienische Tochtergesellschaft Enapter SRL vom italienischen Ministerium für Unternehmen und Made in Italy (MIMIT), dem Wirtschaftsministerium Italiens, für das Projekt „AEM Technology Next Generation“ einen Bewilligungsbescheid über eine Förderung in der Gesamthöhe von 1.255.373,17 Euro erhalten. Die zufließenden Mittel sollen für weitere Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecke sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios verwendet werden. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der Weiterentwicklung der AEM-Mehrkern-Technologie (Multicore). Die AEM-Multicore-Technologie kommt beispielsweise beim AEM Nexus zur Anwendung, einem modular aufgebauten Elektrolyseur der Megawatt-Klasse. Dabei werden hunderte sogenannter Stacks miteinander gekoppelt, die flexibel die gewünschte Menge an grünem Wasserstoff aus regenerativen Energiequellen produzieren und das hocheffizient und ohne den Einsatz von Iridium. Die nun erhaltenen Mittel werden unter anderem für die Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Stacks sowie die dazugehörige patentierte Membrantechnologie eingesetzt. Die Projektdauer des nun geförderten Projektes beläuft sich auf insgesamt 34 Monate. Durch fortschreitende Standardisierung und Massenproduktion dieser in Größe und Leistung optimierter Stacks ist es möglich, deutliche Effizienzsteigerungen und nicht zuletzt Preisvorteile in der Wasserstoffproduktion zu generieren. Über Enapter Enapter ist ein innovatives Energietechnologieunternehmen, das hocheffiziente Wasserstoffgeneratoren – sogenannte Elektrolyseure – herstellt, um fossile Brennstoffe zu ersetzen und so die Energiewende global voranzutreiben.
