Noratis AG with change in the Supervisory Board

Eschborn, June 28, 2023. Noratis AG, a leading developer of residential real estate in Germany, announces that Dr Florian Stetter has resigned from the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the annual general meeting to be held on 19 July 2023. Therefore, the election of a new Supervisory Board member is necessary at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Dr Stetter is the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. "We would like to thank Dr Florian Stetter for his valuable work and contribution as a member of the Noratis AG Supervisory Board. His experience and expertise were of great importance for the further development of our company," says Igor Bugarski, CEO of Noratis AG. 

It is proposed to the Annual General Meeting to elect Mr Hans-Jörg Bergler (born 1969) to the Supervisory Board for the remaining term of office of Dr Stetter. The term of office of the departing Supervisory Board member will run until the end of the Annual General Meeting which resolves on the discharge of the Supervisory Board members for the financial year 2023. Hans-Jörg Bergler is Chief Operating Officer of the Merz Group, the major shareholder of Noratis AG.
