EQS-Ad-hoc: Brockhaus Technologies AG / Key word(s): Quarterly / Interim Statement/Annual Report Brockhaus Technologies AG: Q1 2025 quarterly statement publication postponed to May 30, 2025; audit opinions 2024 issued for three operating Bikeleasing Group companies Frankfurt am Main, May 14, 2025 The Management Board of Brockhaus Technologies AG (“Brockhaus Technologies” or the “Company”, ISIN: DE000A2GSU42) has decided today to postpone the publication of the Q1 2025 quarterly statement, originally scheduled for May 15, 2025, to May 30, 2025. This delay is intended to allow the inclusion of additional findings from the ongoing internal investigation in the report. The earnings figures for Q1 2025, published on May 7, 2025, remain unchanged. As of today, the 2024 statutory financial statements of all three operationally relevant companies within the Bikeleasing sub-group have been audited by the local auditors and received unqualified audit opinions. BLS Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG, BLS Versicherungs GmbH & Co. KG and Lesora GmbH are the entities to be audited under German law within the sub-group and account for the vast majority of the operational activities of the Brockhaus Technologies Group. The audits of the statutory financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of Brockhaus Technologies AG are still ongoing. This also applies to the financial statements of the companies within the IHSE sub-group. In this regard, the Group auditor KPMG has reported that, to date, no issues outside the IHSE sub-group have come to its attention that would warrant further investigation.
