CORPORATE NEWS The Grounds verkauft "Property Garden" in Magdeburg vollständig - Projektentwicklung mit 64 Wohneinheiten in Magdeburg - Attraktive Lage mit hervorragender Infrastruktur - Fertigstellung für Juni 2024 geplant Berlin, 26.04.2022 - Die The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (The Grounds / ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) hat nur rund acht Monate nach der ersten Beurkundung im August 2021 den Kaufvertrag für die letzte noch verfügbare Wohneinheit des Projekts "Property Garden" in der Halberstädter Straße 153 / 155 in Magdeburg abgeschlossen. Die gesamte Wohnfläche des Projekts beträgt 3.578 Quadratmeter. Neben dem Wohngebäude wird auf dem Baugrundstück im Innenhof eine großzügige Grünanlage mit Spielplatz entstehen. Das neue Wohnhaus zeichnet sich durch eine moderne, klare Architektursprache aus, die von attraktiven Fensterfronten, luftigen Balkonen und geometrischen Konturen geprägt wird. Zugleich fügt es sich harmonisch in das Straßenbild mit der vorhandenen gründerzeitlichen Bebauung ein. "Unser Projekt ,Property Garden' ist nach dem ,Lenné-Quartier' das zweite Projekt in Magdeburg, das wir in kürzester Zeit vollständig verkauft haben. Während im ,Lenné-Quartier' der Rohbau mittlerweile schon steht, laufen bei ,Property Garden' zurzeit die ersten vorbereitenden Arbeiten auf der Baustelle. Die Fertigstellung soll im Juni 2024 erfolgen", sagt Jacopo Mingazzini, Vorstand von The Grounds. "Damit hat sich unsere positive Einschätzung bezüglich der Entwicklung von Magdeburg ein weiteres Mal bestätigt. Die Landeshauptstadt Sachsen-Anhalts ist nicht nur ein wichtiges politisches, wirtschaftliches und kulturelles Zentrum, sondern auch eine traditionsreiche Universitäts- und Hochschulstadt. Die vor wenigen Wochen bekannt gegebene Entscheidung von Intel, hier ab 2023 eine neue Chipfabrik mit rund 10.000 Arbeitsplätzen zu errichten, wird diesen Standort zusätzlich stärken und unterstreicht seine Attraktivität auch über die Grenzen Deutschlands hinaus.
