Munich, 17 August 2020 - Thomas Dippold, the current CFO of Schaltbau Holding AG [ISIN DE000A2NBTL2] based in Munich, is leaving the company at his own request in order to take up a new professional challenge in the future. Mr. Dippold will resign from the Executive Board on 1 September 2020. Prof Dr Thorsten Grenz, current Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaltbau Holding AG, was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schaltbau Holding AG. Prof Grenz will assume his new position on 1.9.2020. Prof Grenz will serve on the Executive Board on an interim basis in accordance with § 105 (2) sentence 1 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). In the meantime, his Supervisory Board mandate will be suspended. Mr. Dippold will be available for a smooth handover and will temporarily assist Prof Grenz in an advisory capacity. Thomas Dippold has been CFO at Schaltbau since the beginning of 2017. "In this function, Mr. Dippold has made a significant contribution to the restructuring and turnaround of the Schaltbau Group to date," emphasizes Dr Hans Fechner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaltbau Holding AG.
