The Executive Board member Mr Iggy Tan, however, will resign from his position with the company on 31 December 2024. Mr Tan is still Managing Director and CEO of the Australian Altech Batteries Ltd. and Managing Director of the two subsidiaries Altech Batteries GmbH, in which the CERNERGY project and Altech Industry Germany GmbH, in which the Silumina Anodes project is to be implemented.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr Tan for his commitment to the further development of the Silumina Anodes and CERENERGY projects. The company will remain associated with Mr Tan in the context of the two projects.
