Munich, November 27, 2022 – The Supervisory Board of Cherry AG [ISIN: DE000A3CRRN9] and Mr. Rolf Unterberger have agreed today that Mr. Unterberger will leave the Management Board of Cherry AG by mutual consent with effect from December 31, 2022. Mr. Oliver Kaltner was appointed by the Supervisory Board in its meeting today as Management Board member and Chairman of the Management Board of Cherry AG with effect from January 1, 2023.
