Munich, 17 February 2025 – Charlotte Johs steps down from the Supervisory Board of Cherry SE as she intends to join the Board of a Danish Company. Cherry SE announced today that Charlotte Johs has decided to step down from her position on the Supervisory Board of Cherry SE, effective 28 February 2025. Ms. Johs has been nominated and intends to assume a role as a Supervisory Board member at Danish Store Nord. The remaining members of the Supervisory Board of Cherry SE, the Management Board, and the entire company sincerely thank Ms. Johs for her exceptional commitment, particularly in her roles as Chair of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Technology & Innovation Committee. Elected by the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2023, Ms. Johs has made a significant contribution to the company’s strategic development with her expertise. The collaboration has always been characterized by mutual trust and deep respect. The Supervisory Board will use this decision as an opportunity to review the overall size of the board in relation to the company's size.
