ParTec AG with successful initial public listing in the Scale Segment

Supercomputing and Quantum Computing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Munich, 3 July 2023 - ParTec AG (ISIN: DE000A3E5A34 / WKN: A3E5A3), manufacturer and developer of innovative and world-leading dynamic Modular Supercomputers and Quantum Computers, has successfully gone public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As of today, the shares are listed in the Scale Segment. The opening price was 112.50 Euro per share. A total of 8.0 million registered shares were listed, bringing the market capitalization to 900 million Euros at the start of trading.

In the fiscal year 2022, ParTec AG achieved a net profit of 11.2 million Euros with a revenue of 36.1 million Euros. The company has a strong business base in Europe and is currently realizing major projects in Luxembourg, Spain and Italy, among others, with order volumes in the three-digit million range. In the key industrial regions worldwide, ParTec AG holds over 150 granted and pending patents.

By focusing on the development of dynamic Modular Supercomputers and Quantum Computers, as well as its own ParaStation Modulo software for the operation and integration of both systems, ParTec AG is one of the leading companies in reshaping the world of High Performance Computing.
