June 28, 2024 - Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, held its Annual General Meeting in Munich on June 27, 2024. The shareholders approved all resolutions proposed by the Supervisory Board and the Management Board at yesterday’s Annual General Meeting by a vast majority, including the appointment of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Berlin, as auditor for the financial year 2024. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of Nagarro’s Supervisory Board, which was preceded by a selection procedure carried out in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 (EU Audit Regulation). “We would like to thank our shareholders very much for attending our Annual General Meeting, for their active participation, and for their continued trust. In the financial year 2023, we were able to demonstrate robust growth even in the face of difficult market conditions. As the digital transformation partner for many leading global companies, we look forward to powering their success and helping them further become human-centric, digital-first organizations”, said Vikram Sehgal, co-founder of Nagarro and custodian of operational excellence in the organization. The distribution of a dividend was not a subject of the Annual General Meeting. Nagarro has historically not paid dividends. However, the company may decide to do so in the future.
