Halbjahreszahlen und Projekt-Updates - Wasserstoff-JV mit CIP geht in 2. Phase
Die AustriaEnergy International GmbH (AEI), ein führender
Standortentwickler und Technologieintegrator im Bereich „Erneuerbare
Energien-Projekte“ in Chile und Emittentin des besicherten und nicht
nachrangigen Green Bonds (2023/28; WKN: A3LE0J) hat jüngst und erstmalig
Halbjahreszahlen veröffentlicht und ein Update zu den Projekten geliefert.
Im Jahr 2023 ist die Anzahl der Projekte weiter gestiegen; beispielsweise
startete in Q4 die Entwicklung eines
Grün-Wasserstoff/Grün-Ammoniakprojektes unter anderem mit den
Windmessungen. Ein 90%iger Anteil an der ASC7 soll zeitnah verwertet
werden, für 2024 werden hieraus Erlöse von USD 9 Mio. erwartet. Ein
HNH-Projekt (Phase 1) wird 2025 zu Zahlungsflüssen i.H.v. rd. USD 29 Mio.
führen – darauf aufsetzend wurde mit dem Partner CIP ein JV für Phase 2 des
HNH-Projektes geschlossen, an dem AEI mit 24,5% beteiligt ist. Unseres
Erachtens sind aus diesem Projekt Erlöse von über USD 40 Mio. zu erwarten,
eine erste Zahlung dürfte 2027 erfolgen.
