Die AustriaEnergy International GmbH (AEI), ein führender Standortentwickler und Technologieintegrator im Bereich „Erneuerbare Energien-Projekte“ in Chile. Das Geschäftsjahr 2023 hat die Gesellschaft, dank positiver Bestandsveränderungen, profitabel abgeschlossen, der anstehende (Teil-)Verkauf des Projektes ASC7 (voraussichtlich für einen Betrag oberhalb von USD 10 Mio.) sichert die Finanzierung kommender Entwicklungsschritte. Weitere Projekt-Verkäufe in erheblicher Größenordnung stehen 2026 an – hierunter auch ein Grün Wasserstoff/Grün-Ammoniak-JV (ASOE 10&11), das alleine USD 29 Mio. Verkaufserlös bringen dürfte und unter optimalen Rahmenbedingen sogar bereits 2025 veräußert werden könnte.
