By mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board, he will therefore leave the Management Board of the Company on 30 April 2024. The Supervisory Board thanks him for the successful time together. The Company's Supervisory Board has initiated the search for a suitable successor candidate and aims to complete this in the short term.
