Alexander Pollich übernimmt Führung bei Porsche China
Sein Vorgänger Michael Kirsch wird zeitgleich auf eine andere verantwortungsvolle Position im Konzern wechseln. Über die Details wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt informiert. Der 57-jährige Pollich hat neben dem Heimatmarkt Deutschland auch das Porsche Geschäft in Kanada und Großbritannien als Marktverantwortlicher erfolgreich weiterentwickelt. Zuvor war der studierte Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) und Diplom-Ökonom im Strategiebereich von Porsche tätig und baute die globale Vertriebsnetzentwicklung der Marke auf. „Wir freuen uns, mit Alexander Pollich einen ausgewiesenen und erfahrenen Vertriebsprofi für den derzeit besonders herausfordernden chinesischen Markt gewonnen zu haben. Er wird die Attraktivität der Marke in China weiter stärken“, sagt Detlev von Platen, Mitglied des Vorstands, Vertrieb und Marketing. „Gleichzeitig bedanken wir uns bei Michael Kirsch für seinen großen Einsatz in den vergangenen gut zwei Jahren für Porsche in China.“ Zu den Hauptaufgaben von Pollich wird, neben der Absicherung des aktuellen operativen Porsche Geschäfts, die Umsetzung einer wertorientierten und markenadäquaten Wachstumsstrategie im chinesischen Markt zählen. Darüber hinaus wird der Fokus auf einer noch intensiveren Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Händlern sowie der weiteren Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Strukturen liegen. Bis zur Ernennung eines Nachfolgers für Pollich wird der Markt Deutschland übergangsweise von Karsten Sohns, seit 2008 Geschäftsführer/CFO der Porsche Deutschland GmbH, und Thomas Illner, COO der Porsche Deutschland GmbH, verantwortet.
