Entwicklung des ersten 911 mit Hybridantrieb erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Stuttgart. Der erste Porsche 911 Straßensportwagen mit Hybridantrieb steht in den Startlöchern. Nach einem umfangreichen Entwicklungs- und Erprobungsprogramm ist der neue 911 mit einem auf Performance ausgelegten Hybridantrieb bereit für seine Serienfertigung. Mehr als fünf Millionen Kilometer Erprobung „Erstmals in der mittlerweile 61jährigen Geschichte unserer Ikone verbauen wir einen Hybridantrieb in einem Straßen-Neunelfer. Dieser neuartige Performance-Hybrid macht den 911 noch dynamischer“, sagt Frank Moser, Leiter Baureihen 911 und 718. „Bei der Entwicklung haben wir nichts dem Zufall überlassen und den neuen 911 unter allen möglichen Bedingungen rund um den Globus erprobt. Bei klirrender Kälte oder bei großer Hitze, wie bei unserer Abschlusserprobung in Dubai. Egal ob bei hoher Beanspruchung auf Passstraßen oder bei Stop-and-Go im Stadtverkehr – der neue 911 hat selbst härteste Beanspruchungen bestens gemeistert. Insgesamt haben unsere Ingenieure und Testfahrer dabei mehr als fünf Millionen Erprobungs-Kilometer abgespult.“ Auf Nürburgring-Nordschleife 8,7 Sekunden schneller als Vorgänger Eine besondere Bedeutung bei der Entwicklung des 911 kommt seit jeher der Erprobung und Abstimmung auf der Nürburgring-Nordschleife zu. Im Rahmen von Performance-Tests umrundete Porsche-Markenbotschafter Jörg Bergmeister die Strecke in 7:16,934 Minuten – 8,7 Sekunden schneller als die entsprechende Variante des Vorgängermodells. Das Erprobungsfahrzeug war mit serienmäßiger Bereifung und dem seit mehreren Modell-Generation optional erhältlichen Aero-Kit mit feststehendem Heckflügel ausgestattet, das für gesteigerten Abtrieb bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten sorgt. „Der neue 911 ist auf der Rennstrecke deutlich schneller geworden. Wir haben mehr Grip, deutlich mehr Leistung und das spontane Ansprechverhalten des Performance-Hybrids ist ein großer Vorteil“, sagt Jörg Bergmeister.
