Porsche erweitert Partnerschaft mit Google®
Porsche und Google® erweitern ihre Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ziel, Google Dienste noch tiefer in die Fahrzeuge von Porsche zu integrieren Stuttgart. Porsche wird Google Dienste für Navigation, Sprachsteuerung und das App-Ökosystem in künftigen Fahrzeug-Generationen nutzen und plant einen ersten Serieneinsatz in der Mitte des Jahrzehnts. Die Integration des Google-Ökosystems umfasst Google Maps, Google Assistant und eine Vielzahl von Apps, die über den Google Play Store erhältlich sind. Porsche Kunden werden auch weiterhin die ihnen bekannte Benutzeroberfläche des Porsche Communication Management (PCM) vorfinden. Regelmäßige Online-Updates halten das PCM aktuell. „Unsere Kunden erfüllen sich mit unseren Fahrzeugen einen Traum. Dabei wünschen sie sich neben zeitlosem Design und starker Performance auch ein nahtloses digitales Erlebnis. Dieses sogenannte Blended Ecosystem entsteht durch die Integration von Plattformen und Apps, die der Kunde von seinen Endgeräten kennt“, sagt Oliver Blume, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Porsche AG. „Wir verfolgen einen offenen Ansatz und schaffen mit technologisch führenden Partnern Innovationen.“ Zukünftig sollen für die Kunden relevante Ökosysteme verschiedener Anbieter über standardisierte Schnittstellen und Plattformen direkt ins Fahrzeug eingebunden werden. So wird das PCM zu einem festen Bestandteil des digitalen Ökosystems der Porsche Kunden weltweit. Das integrierte Angebot von Google ist ein Schritt auf diesem Weg.
