EQS-Ad-hoc: Uniper SE / Key word(s): Forecast Uniper SE: Uniper raises earnings outlook for the 2024 financial year in light of the release of a provision Uniper raises earnings outlook for the 2024 financial year compared to the previous forecast, but still well below the exceptional results of the previous year. Uniper has settled long-running legal disputes. The settlement of the disputes will result in a release of the provisions created for this purpose which will be recognized in the fourth quarter of the 2024 financial year results. Uniper now expects an improved earnings development for the full year 2024 and is therefore raising its financial outlook for the 2024 financial year. Uniper now expects an Adjusted EBITDA in the range of EUR 2.5 billion to EUR 2.8 billion (previous year: EUR 7.164 billion) and an Adjusted Net Income in the range of EUR 1.5 billion to EUR 1.8 billion for the full financial year 2024 (previous year: EUR 4.432 billion). As announced, the detailed results for the 2024 financial year will be published on 26 February 2025.
