Claus Burghardt verstärkt das Management-Team

Bremen, 2. April 2025 – Die HTB Group stellt sich für die Zukunft noch breiter auf und erweitert ihr Management. Mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2025 verstärkt Herr Claus Burghardt die Geschäftsführung der HTB Hanseatische Fondshaus GmbH. Er ergänzt das bestehende Führungsteam um Boris Nicoley und Alexander Lang und wird sich insbesondere auf das Portfoliomanagement konzentrieren.
Claus Burghardt bringt mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Immobiliensektor mit. Zuletzt war er in der Geschäftsführung der Krasemann Immobilienholding tätig. Davor leitete er als geschäftsführender Gesellschafter das Portfoliomanagement bei der PI Fondsmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. Zuvor verantwortete er über zwölf Jahre als Prokurist und Geschäftsführer diverser Fondsgesellschaften das Immobiliengeschäft bei der Deutschen Immobilien Leasing GmbH, einer 100%igen Tochter der Deutschen Bank AG.
Zusätzlich wird zum 1. Juni 2025 ein weiteres Mitglied das Management-Team der HTB verstärken, um die strategische Ausrichtung und das Wachstum des Unternehmens weiter zu unterstützen. Details zu dieser Personalie werden in einer gesonderten Mitteilung in den kommenden Wochen bekannt gegeben.
