Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, 28 April 2025 – Florian Schuhbauer, founding partner and Co-CIO of the independent, owner-managed investment company Active Ownership, has been proposed by the Supervisory Board of HelloFresh SE (ISIN DE000A161408) as a candidate for the Supervisory Board in the invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of HelloFresh SE published today. The Annual General Meeting of HelloFresh SE will take place on 6 June 2025. With its current stake of 7.7% of the shares, Active Ownership is the largest single shareholder of HelloFresh SE. Florian Schuhbauer said: ‘HelloFresh has significant value enhancement potential. We support the management in realising this potential. The efficiency programme that has been communicated has already set the right course for this. As the largest single shareholder, we support HelloFresh's strategy of developing into a leading “digital first” fast-moving consumer goods company and sustainably strengthening its profitability. I would be delighted if the co-shareholders of HelloFresh SE would place their trust in me and elect me to the Supervisory Board of HelloFresh SE. Together with the other members of the Supervisory Board, this would give me the opportunity to actively support the Management Board of HelloFresh SE in shaping the future of the company in a positive way.’ Florian Schuhbauer has extensive experience in finance, capital markets, logistics and the transformation and scaling of international companies in a wide range of sectors, including D2C online business models. Before founding Active Ownership together with Klaus Röhrig in 2014, he held several management positions at DHL, most recently as CFO of DHL Global Mail USA, and was a partner at various private equity firms. Active Ownership supports the resolution proposals published by HelloFresh SE for the 2025 Annual General Meeting and therefore plans to vote in favour of all resolution proposals with all of the shares it holds.
