Abivax announces the resumption of its liquidity contract Paris, France, November 21, 2023 – 8:30 a.m. CET – Abivax SA (Euronext Paris and Nasdaq: ABVX) (“Abivax” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing therapeutics that harness the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms to modulate the immune response in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, announces the resumption, as of today, of its liquidity contract and the end of the stabilization period. The liquidity contract was entered into with TSAF on June 26, 2015, and suspended in the context of the initial public offering of Abivax shares in the form of ADS on the Nasdaq Global Market. Following the stabilization activities carried out since October 20, 2023, the stabilization period has ended on November 20, 2023. The underwriters have not exercised the overallotment option. As of November 20, 2023, the following means are allocated to the liquidity account for the execution of this contract:
