ENSTALL COMPLETES CLOSING OF SCHLETTER GROUP ACQUISITION Kirchdorf/Haag (Germany), December 31, 2024 — Enstall has now closed on a transaction to acquire Schletter Group, marking a significant milestone for both companies and the solar sector at large.
