BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH: Managing Director Ralph Wagner terminates contract

Frankfurt a. M., 12 December 2024 – The Supervisory Board of BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH was informed today by Managing Director Ralph Wagner that he is terminating his contract with effect from 30 June 2025 for personal reasons. Mr Wagner will continue in his position as Managing Director with responsibility for finance until the Supervisory Board has decided on a successor.
