Richard Bagge har varit styrelseledamot och aktieägare i Cortus Energy AB sedan 2013 och känner m.a.o. bolaget väl. Richard Bagges innehav uppgår innan detta förvärv till 86.891 aktier och 12.184 kr i konvertibler. Bagges aktieinnehav motsvarar 14,5% av bolaget efter förvärvet.
