(NYSE: BFS), an equity real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 ("2025 Quarter"). Total revenue for the 2025 Quarter increased to $71.9 million from $66.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 ("2024 Quarter"). Net income decreased to $12.8 million for the 2025 Quarter from $18.3 million for the 2024 Quarter. During the 2025 Quarter, the Company continued to lease residential units and work on retail spaces at Twinbrook Quarter Phase I. As of May 5, 2025, 274 residential units have been leased and occupied.
