Beschlüsse der 80. ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Lenzing AG
Lenzing – Die 80. ordentliche Hauptversammlung der Lenzing AG erteilte am Donnerstag, 18. April 2024, den Mitgliedern des Vorstandes und des Aufsichtsrates die Entlastung für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 und setzte die Vergütung an die Mitglieder des Aufsichtsrates für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 im Voraus fest. Zum Abschlussprüfer für den Jahresabschluss und den Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurde die KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- u. Steuerberatungsgesellschaft bestellt. Wahlen in den Aufsichtsrat Mit Beendigung der Hauptversammlung schied Dr. Markus Fürst auf eigenen Wunsch aus dem Aufsichtsrat aus. Dr. Markus Fürst war seit 2021 als Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat und in verschiedenen Ausschüssen der Lenzing AG tätig. Die Lenzing AG bedankt sich für die vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit.
Die Hauptversammlung wählte Dr. Cornelius Baur bis zum Ablauf der Hauptversammlung, die über die Entlastung für das Geschäftsjahr 2028 beschließt, neu in den Aufsichtsrat der Lenzing AG. Darüber hinaus wurde das Mandat von Melody Harris-Jensbach bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung, die über das Geschäftsjahr 2028 beschließt, verlängert.
Der Aufsichtsrat der Lenzing AG setzt sich damit weiterhin aus zehn von der Hauptversammlung gewählten Mitgliedern zusammen: Dr. Cornelius Baur, Mag. Helmut Bernkopf, Dr. Christian Bruch, Dr. Stefan Fida, Dr. Franz Gasselsberger, Melody Harris-Jensbach, Cord Prinzhorn, MBA, Mag. Gerhard Schwartz, Dr. Astrid Skala-Kuhmann und Nicole van der Elst Desai. DI Stefan Ertl, Stephan Gruber, Bonita Haag, Helmut Kirchmair und Johann Schernberger wurden vom Betriebsrat in den Aufsichtsrat delegiert.
In der an die Hauptversammlung anschließenden konstituierenden Aufsichtsratssitzung wurde Cord Prinzhorn, MBA, zum Vorsitzenden, und Dr. Stefan Fida zum Stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates wiedergewählt.
