EQS-Ad-hoc: voestalpine AG / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Der Vorstand der voestalpine AG hat heute beschlossen, von der in der Hauptversammlung vom 7. Juli 2021 erteilten Ermächtigung zum Aktienrückkauf Gebrauch zu machen und hat folgendes Rückkaufprogramm beschlossen. Dieser Beschluss sowie das Rückkaufprogramm werden hiermit gemäß § 65 Abs 1a AktG iVm § 119 Abs 9 BörseG 2018 und gemäß §§ 4 und 5 der VeröffentlichungsV 2018 veröffentlicht:
Mit der Durchführung des Aktienrückkaufs wird ein Kreditinstitut beauftragt. Das Kreditinstitut hat seine Entscheidung über den Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs von Aktien der voestalpine AG unabhängig und unbeeinflusst zu treffen und hat dabei die in Art 3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission vom 8. März 2016 festgelegten Handelsbedingungen einzuhalten.
