CFO Petra Preining zieht sich nach erfolgreicher Refinanzierung aus dem Vorstand der AT&S AG zurück. Leoben – CFO Petra Preining zieht sich mit 31. August 2025 als CFO der AT&S AG, einem der führenden globalen Hersteller von Leiterplatten und Substraten mit Headquarter in Leoben, zurück, um sich neuen beruflichen Herausforderungen zuzuwenden. Der Aufsichtsrat der AT&S AG nimmt diese Entscheidung mit Bedauern zur Kenntnis und hat der einvernehmlichen Vertragsauflösung zugestimmt. Frau Petra Preining wurde mit Wirkung 1. Oktober 2022 zur CFO in den Vorstand der AT&S AG berufen und hatte die Bereiche Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Investor Relations, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance sowie Risk- und Continuitymanagement verantwortet. „Ich möchte mich für ihre Tätigkeit und die von ihr verantworteten Erfolge für die AT&S AG in den vergangenen Jahren herzlich bedanken und wünsche Frau Preining alles Gute für ihre weitere berufliche Karriere“, sagt AT&S-Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender Andy Mattes. Auch Vorstandsvorsitzender Michael Mertin und seine Kollegen im AT&S-Vorstand bedanken sich bei Frau Preining für das Engagement und den wertvollen Beitrag, den sie in den vergangenen Jahren für die AT&S AG geleistet hat. Frau Preining spricht dem Team AT&S ihren Dank für die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit aus und wünscht weiterhin viel Erfolg. Mit dem Ausscheiden von Frau Preining übernehmen interimistisch die leitenden Manager der Bereiche Finance, Controlling und Legal die Agenden der CFO. Der Aufsichtsrat hat eine führende internationale Personalberatungsagentur mit der Suche nach einer geeigneten Nachfolge beauftragt.
