Ergebnisse der Hauptversammlung der AT&S
Leoben – Die heutige 29. ordentliche Hauptversammlung der AT & S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft (AT&S) hat eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,40 € je Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2022/23 beschlossen. Ex-Dividenden-Tag ist der 25. Juli 2023, Nachweisstichtag der 26. Juli 2023 und Dividendenzahltag der 27. Juli 2023.
Zum Abschlussprüfer für den Jahresabschluss und den Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 wurde die Deloitte Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH bestellt.
Auch alle sonstigen zur Beschlussfassung vorgelegten Tagesordnungspunkte wurden von den bei der Hauptversammlung vertretenen Aktionären angenommen.
