Dierikon, 8. Januar 2025 Medienmitteilung Die Komax Gruppe hat Ende 2024 eine Minderheitsbeteiligung von 5% an E-Plus erworben. Sie geht damit eine Partnerschaft mit dem grössten Anbieter von digitalen Smart Factory Lösungen für die Kabelverarbeitungsindustrie in China ein. Die Komax Gruppe macht einen weiteren Schritt zur Stärkung ihrer Marktposition in China und hat Ende 2024 eine 5%-Beteiligung an der Changchun E-Plus Technology Co., Ltd. (E-Plus) erworben. Das Unternehmen aus Changchun, im Nordosten von China, wurde 2015 gegründet und beschäftigt über 200 Mitarbeitende, mehrheitlich in der Softwareentwicklung. E-Plus entwickelt und vertreibt das für die Produktion von Kabelbäumen in China am häufigsten eingesetzte MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Mit dem MES überwachen, steuern, optimieren und rückverfolgen Kabelkonfektionäre ihre Produktionsprozesse – unabhängig davon, ob sie Kabelverarbeitungsmaschinen von Komax und/oder anderen Anbietern im Einsatz haben. Zusätzlich zum MES hat E-Plus interaktive Legebretter für Kabelbäume im Portfolio sowie weitere Lösungen für eine digitale Smart Factory. Durch die Partnerschaft mit E-Plus treibt die Komax Gruppe die Umsetzung ihrer China-Strategie weiter voran und verstärkt sich im Bereich Smart Factory Lösungen. Auch mit der 2024 erfolgten Übernahme der Mehrheit an Hosver, dem führenden chinesischen Hersteller von Maschinen zur Verarbeitung von Hochvoltkabeln, hat die Komax Gruppe ihre Position in China gefestigt.
