Alle zur Wiederwahl angetretenen Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats (Sabrina Contratto, Bernadette Koch, Stéphane Maye, Dr. Martha Scheiber, Dr. Markus Schürch) sowie dessen Präsident (Peter Schaub) wurden in ihrem Amt bestätigt. Anstelle des abtretenden Brian Fischer ist neu Lukas Brosi in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt worden. Lukas Brosi ist CEO der Flughafen Zürich AG. Der Verwaltungsrat dankt Brian Fischer herzlich für sein jahrelanges, wertvolles Engagement. Die beantragte Ausschüttung von CHF 10.25 pro Namenaktie wurde bestätigt. Diese setzt sich aus einer Bardividende von CHF 5.15 pro Aktie vor Abzug der Verrechnungssteuer sowie einer verrechnungssteuerfreien Ausschüttung von CHF 5.10 pro Aktie aus den Reserven aus Kapitaleinlagen zusammen. Die Ausschüttung in der Höhe von CHF 8.45 netto (gerundet) wird pro dividendenberechtigte Namenaktie am 4. April 2025 erfolgen.
