Mobimo platziert Green Bond über CHF 120 Mio. Luzern, 13. Januar 2025 – Die Mobimo Holding AG hat heute erfolgreich einen weiteren Green Bond im Umfang von CHF 120 Mio. am Schweizer Kapitalmarkt platziert. Die heutige Transaktion stellt die insgesamt zehnte Anleiheemission der Mobimo Holding AG dar. Die festverzinsliche Anleihe hat einen Coupon von 1,35% und eine Laufzeit von 6,2 Jahren mit einer Endfälligkeit am 28. März 2031. Die Zürcher Kantonalbank und die Luzerner Kantonalbank AG fungierten als Joint Lead Managers der Transaktion, die Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank als Co-Manager. Der Handel der Anleihe an der SIX Swiss Exchange ist für den 27. Januar 2025 beantragt.
