Vorläufige Ergebnisse des ersten Halbjahres 2025 und Änderung der Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 Arbon, 11. August 2025 Die EDAG Group, einer der größten unabhängigen Engineering-Dienstleister der Automobilindustrie mit Experten in Mobility, Industry und Public Solutions, hat nach vorläufigen, ungeprüften Zahlen im ersten Halbjahr 2025 einen Umsatz von 366,7 Millionen Euro erwirtschaftet. Das bereinigte EBIT lag bei -7,6 Millionen Euro, was einer bereinigten EBIT-Marge von -2,1 Prozent entspricht. Das Ergebnis nach Steuern lag bei rund -10,2 Millionen Euro. Im Wesentlichen ist dies auf ein anhaltend schwaches Marktumfeld insbesondere in der Automobilindustrie zurückzuführen. Eine deutliche Erholung ist im zweiten Halbjahr nicht mehr zu erwarten. Die resultierende Unterauslastung durch geringere Projektvergaben unserer Kunden führte zu einer negativen Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung. Die Konzernleitung hat daher weitere Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen im Umfang von rund 30 Millionen Euro beschlossen. Dies umfasst insbesondere Maßnahmen zur Produktivitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung sowie zum beschleunigten Ausbau der Global Delivery. Mit diesen Maßnahmen und der Fortsetzung der bereits kommunizierten Initiativen zur weiteren Markterschließung in anderen Industriebereichen legt die EDAG Group die Basis für nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und ermöglicht die Rückkehr auf einen profitablen Wachstumspfad. Die Konzernleitung passt, vor dem Hintergrund des zu erwarteten schwächeren Marktumfeldes im zweiten Halbjahr, die Umsatz- und die Ergebnisprognose für das Gesamtjahr 2025 an. Für den Umsatz wird nunmehr ein Rückgang von bis zu rund 15 Prozent erwartet, statt zuvor ein Rückgang von bis zu rund 8 Prozent. Die bereinigte EBIT-Marge wird nun mit bis zu rund -3 Prozent erwartet, statt zuvor im positiven Bereich bis zu rund 3 Prozent. Der vollständige Finanzbericht für das erste Halbjahr 2025 wird am 28.
