MEDIENMITTEILUNG Der Immobilienfonds Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (Akara Diversity PK) hat die vom 11. bis 20. Juni 2025 durchgeführte 15. Kapitalerhöhung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Emission wurde überzeichnet, das angestrebte Volumen von CHF 85 Mio. deutlich übertroffen. Der Ausgabepreis lag bei CHF 1’141.18 (netto) pro Anteil. Neu sind 1’931’995 Anteile im Umlauf. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt am Freitag, 27. Juni 2025. Die Fondsleitung lancierte aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage im Rahmen der 14. Kapitalerhöhung sowie attraktiver, teils exklusiver Ankaufsopportunitäten kurzfristig eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung. «So konnten wir den Investoren zeitnah eine Anschlussmöglichkeit bieten», erklärt Christoph Jockers, Chief Investment Officer (Akara Fund). «In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir unsere Ankaufspipeline gezielt erweitert. Die erfolgreich abgeschlossene Emission versetzt uns nun in die Lage, qualitativ hochwertige Investitionsopportunitäten zeitnah zu realisieren.» Eine nächste Investitionsmöglichkeit ist für das vierte Quartal 2025 vorgesehen.
