All for One Group strengthens its position as a leading SAP RISE partner by introducing the »RISE ONE Service Center«

Filderstadt, 27 March 2024 –All for One Group, SAP Cloud Champion 2023 and SAP »Partner of the year« in the categories »RISE with SAP, public & private Cloud«, strengthens its position as a leading SAP RISE partner through the introduction of the RISE ONE Service Center.

RISE ONE, an integrated solution for SAP ERP in the cloud, combines the tried-and-tested »RISE with SAP« with All for One’s integration, innovation and support services. This holistic cloud solution enables seamless integration of company systems, in order to create real added value in efficient collaboration across platforms and departments. For instance, RISE ONE facilitates secure and mobile SAP access under the protection of Microsoft 365.

Comprehensive SAP & Microsoft support for SAP RISE customers

With the introduction of the RISE ONE Service Center, All for One now offers its customers comprehensive support for their SAP RISE implementations. As a result, users benefit from a »single point of contact« that is not only available for all aspects of RISE with SAP, but also for Microsoft-related matters, as Microsoft cloud services can be seamlessly integrated into RISE ONE.

»The transformation to the cloud with RISE with SAP is a huge milestone for companies. Sound, industry-specific advice on the transition to the cloud plays a decisive role in the success of the project. With the introduction of the RISE ONE Service Center, we are pooling our expertise and providing our customers with a single point of contact for all tickets, including technology and application issues outside of RISE with SAP« says Ralf Linha, COO of All for One Group, about the benefits of the new Service Center.

Increased proactive services via the RISE ONE Service Center

RISE ONE already offers customers an improved integration of SAP RISE private cloud with Microsoft cloud services, which enables seamless collaboration and use of features such as chatbots, AI and automation tools in the Office environment.

In addition, All for One will successively integrate further proactive services into RISE ONE. The proactive monitoring of customer systems, which analyses RISE for health monitoring, certificates, number ranges, performance and technical thresholds, is to be made available shortly. The roadmap also includes the integration of managed archive services in RISE ONE, which enables digital and audit-proof archiving of company documents. Seamlessly integrated, it facilitates smooth document exchange and a wide range of applications in the daily processing chain.

»With our proactive services, we want to provide our customers with increasingly business-relevant and company-wide cloud services that conserve our customers’ resources. We are also focusing on services that meet international technical and legal requirements. The introduction of the group-wide RISE ONE Service Center is an important step in the delivery of proactive services, which we will be expanding considerably«, adds Ralf Linha.
