Bidco GmbH vollzogen.
Die Übernahme der EQS Group AG durch die Pineapple German Bidco GmbH zum
Preis von 40,00 EUR je Aktie, abgeschlossen am 2. Februar 2024, markiert
einen wesentlichen Wendepunkt für das Unternehmen. Diese Transaktion führte
zu einer erheblichen Revision der EBITDA-Prognose für 2023 von ursprünglich
9-11 Mio. € auf jetzt 1,5-2,5 Mio. €, hauptsächlich bedingt durch einmalige
Transaktionskosten.
Als Folge dieser Übernahme zieht sich die EQS Group AG vom Kapitalmarkt
zurück, mit einem geplanten Delisting ihrer Aktien von den
Freiverkehrssegmenten der Börsen Frankfurt und München bis Mai 2024. Im
Zuge des geplanten Delistings setzen wir unser Kursziel und Rating aus.
