Die init innovation in traffic systems SE gibt bekannt, dass Herr Jörg Munz, bisher in der Position des Konzernpersonalleiters (HR Director) bei init SE tätig, mit Wirkung zum 01. Mai 2023 in die neu geschaffene Vorstandsposition des Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO/Personalvorstand) berufen wird. Die Schaffung der Vorstandsposition wird den wachsenden Anforderungen im Personalwesen gerecht, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Komplexität der Arbeitsumgebung und die Notwendigkeit, talentierte und engagierte Mitarbeitende zu gewinnen und zu halten. Der CHRO wird eine wichtige Rolle dabei spielen, die Unternehmenskultur zu gestalten und sicherzustellen, dass die init SE weiterhin eine attraktive Arbeitsumgebung schafft, in der Mitarbeitende ihr volles Potential entfalten können. Damit wird gewährleistet, dass das Unternehmen auch in Zukunft seinen bisherigen Erfolgskurs fortführt. Diese Entscheidung unterstreicht insbesondere die Bedeutung, die das Unternehmen seinen Mitarbeitenden für das Wachstum des init-Konzerns beimisst. Jörg Munz, 42, hat einen MBA in Human Resources Management an der Hochschule Ludwigshafen absolviert und war mehr als fünf Jahre als Konzernpersonalleiter der init SE tätig. Er wird für 2,5 Jahre in den Vorstand berufen. „Mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung im Personalbereich und Führungsmanagement teilt Jörg Munz unsere Auffassung, dass es wichtig ist, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu begeistern und sie zu unterstützen. Sie sind unsere größte Stärke. Wir freuen uns sehr, ihn als Vorstandsmitglied gewinnen zu können,“ sagt Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender Hans-Joachim Rühlig.
