GRAMMER AG: Ergebnisentwicklung weicht im zweiten Quartal 2025 vom Vorjahresniveau ab
Ursensollen, 10. Juli 2025 – Die GRAMMER AG verzeichnet auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen im zweiten Quartal 2025 eine unter dem Vorjahresniveau liegende Ergebnisentwicklung. Demnach liegt das operative EBIT mit rund 11,7 Mio. EUR (Q2 2024: 20,2 Mio. EUR) im zweiten Quartal 2025 unter dem Vorjahreswert. Das operative EBIT wurde um negative Währungseffekte in Höhe von rund 6,7 Mio. EUR, um positive Auflösungen von Restrukturierungsrückstellungen in Höhe von 1,6 Mio. EUR und um einen Entkonsolidierungsverlust für eine US-amerikanische Konzerngesellschaft in Höhe von 1,5 Mio. EUR bereinigt. Der Konzernumsatz in den Monaten April bis Juni 2025 sinkt um rund 34,3 Mio. EUR und liegt bei rund 466,2 Mio. EUR (Q2 2024: 500,5 Mio. EUR). Das operative Konzernergebnis im zweiten Quartal 2025 wurde insbesondere durch einen Umsatz- und Ergebnisrückgang in den Regionen AMERICAS und APAC belastet. Speziell das margenstarke China-Geschäft verzeichnete infolge der wirtschaftlichen Unsicherheiten eine schwächere Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung. Allerdings liegt das operative EBIT auf Basis der vorläufigen Zahlen in den ersten sechs Monaten 2025 mit rund 35,6 Mio. EUR um knapp 20 % über dem Vorjahreswert (01–06 2024: 29,7 Mio. EUR). Die positive Entwicklung im Halbjahresvergleich ist auf das starke erste Quartal 2025 zurückzuführen, in dem insbesondere in EMEA die Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen zunehmend ihre Wirkung entfalteten. Vor diesem Hintergrund hält der Vorstand an der im Geschäftsbericht 2024 veröffentlichten Gesamtjahresprognose (Konzernumsatz: rund 1,9 Mrd. EUR; operatives EBIT: rund 60 Mio. EUR) fest.
