PRESSEMITTEILUNG Hawesko Holding: Finanzvorstand Raimund Hackenberger verlässt die Hawesko-Gruppe
Hamburg, 26. Januar 2023. Nach sechs Jahren als Finanzvorstand der Hawesko Holding SE verlässt Raimund Hackenberger das Unternehmen, da er sich für eine neue berufliche Herausforderung entschieden hat. Er verlässt die Hawesko-Gruppe zum Ende seiner Vertragslaufzeit am 31. März 2023. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat danken Herrn Hackenberger für seine sehr engagierte und erfolgreiche Arbeit! Die Zusammenarbeit mit ihm war stets vertrauensvoll und konstruktiv. „Raimund Hackenberger hat während seiner Zeit als Finanzvorstand gemeinsam mit seinen Vorstandskollegen im Rahmen der seit 2016 eingeleiteten strategischen Veränderung in der Steuerung der Konzerngesellschaften einen wichtigen Beitrag geleistet. Für seinen weiteren Weg wünschen wir ihm beruflich wie auch persönlich alles Gute“, sagte Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender Detlev Meyer. Bis zur Benennung eines Nachfolgers werden die Aufgaben des Finanzvorstands vom Vorsitzenden des Vorstands, Thorsten Hermelink, wahrgenommen. Die Suche nach einem Nachfolger wurde bereits eingeleitet.

Als führende Handelsgruppe für hochwertige Weine, Champagner und Spirituosen erzielte der Hawesko-Konzern 2021 einen Umsatz von € 681 Mio. und ein EBIT von € 53 Mio. Die Hawesko-Gruppe beschäftigt in den Segmenten Retail (Jacques’ und Wein & Co.), B2B (insbesondere Wein Wolf, Abayan und Grand Cru Select) und E-Commerce (insbesondere HAWESKO, Vinos und WirWinzer) rund 1.200 Mitarbeiter. Die Aktien der Hawesko Holding SE werden außer an der Hanseatischen Wertpapierbörse Hamburg im Prime Standard Segment der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notiert.
