Hamburg, 21. November 2023. Die Weinhandelsgruppe Hawesko Holding SE (HAW, HAWG.DE, DE0006042708) teilt mit, dass der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft Hendrik Schneider zum Finanzvorstand (CFO) berufen hat. Er wird sein Amt am 01. Januar 2024 antreten. Hendrik Schneider, geboren 1971, studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Hamburger Universität für Wirtschaft und Politik und schloss sein Studium als Diplom-Betriebswirt ab. Nach leitenden Tätigkeiten in dem Bereich Controlling/ Finanzen der Otto Group, Hamburg, ist er derzeit als Chief Financial Officer für die Hermes Germany GmbH tätig. Detlev Meyer, Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der Hawesko Holding SE: „Es freut mich besonders, dass wir mit Hendrik Schneider einen branchenerfahrenen Experten als CFO gewonnen haben, der sich nicht nur im Retail- und E-Commerce gut auskennt, sondern auch umfassende und wertvolle Kenntnisse aus der für uns bedeutsamen Logistikbranche mitbringt.“ Hendrik Schneider zu seiner neuen Aufgabe: „Ich freue mich sehr, bald Teil von der größten Premium-Weinhandelsgruppe zu sein. Die Branche fasziniert mich sehr und ich möchte in meiner Funktion den zukünftigen Erfolg der Hawesko-Gruppe maßgeblich unterstützen.“ Im Rahmen der Konzernstrategie setzt der Hawesko-Vorstand vermehrt auf internationales Wachstum, treibt die Digitalisierung voran und stärkt die Segmente. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist die Berufung von Hendrik Schneider ein weiterer Schritt in diese Richtung.

Als führende Handelsgruppe für hochwertige Weine, Champagner und Spirituosen beschäftigt der Hawesko-Konzern in den Segmenten Retail (Jacques’ und Wein & Co.), B2B (insbesondere Wein Wolf, Abayan und Grand Cru Select) und E-Commerce (insbesondere HAWESKO, Vinos und WirWinzer) rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter. Die Aktien der Hawesko Holding SE werden außer an der Hanseatischen Wertpapierbörse Hamburg im Prime Standard Segment der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notiert.
