Hamburg, 14. November 2022. Die Umwandlung der Weinhandelsgruppe Hawesko Holding AG (HAW, HAWG.DE, DE0006042708) in die Rechtsform einer Europäischen Aktiengesellschaft (SE) ist abgeschlossen. Mit Eintragung der Umwandlung in das Handelsregister firmiert die im Prime Standard der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notierte Gesellschaft unter Hawesko Holding SE. Die Aktionäre hatten der Umwandlung bereits in der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 14.06.2022 zugestimmt. Die Hawesko-Gruppe ist auf den Handel mit hochwertigen Weinen aus dem gehobenen und Premiumbereich spezialisiert. Als Europas größter, innovativster und profitabelster Weinhändler reflektiert die neue Rechtsform die zunehmend stärkere internationale Ausrichtung der Gesellschaft. Durch die SE-Umwandlung bleibt die Rechtsstellung der Aktionäre der Hawesko Holding AG grundsätzlich unberührt. Sie halten dieselbe Anzahl an nennwertlosen Stückaktien an der Hawesko Holding SE. Zudem bleibt der Börsenhandel der Aktien von der SE-Umwandlung unberührt, sodass die Aktien der Hawesko Holding SE unverändert die bisherige ISIN DE0006042708 führen.

Als führende Handelsgruppe für hochwertige Weine, Champagner und Spirituosen erzielte der Hawesko-Konzern 2021 einen Umsatz von € 681 Mio. und ein EBIT von € 53 Mio. Die Hawesko-Gruppe beschäftigt in den Segmenten Retail (Jacques’ und Wein & Co.), B2B (insbesondere Wein Wolf, Abayan und Grand Cru Select) und E-Commerce (insbesondere HAWESKO, Vinos und WirWinzer) rund 1.200 Mitarbeiter.
