Corporate News Nemetschek Group schlägt Dividendenerhöhung um 30% auf 0,39 Euro je Aktie vor - Bereits die neunte Dividendenerhöhung in Folge - Ausschüttungssumme steigt auf 45,0 Mio. Euro München, 18. März 2022 - Der Aufsichtsrat der Nemetschek SE (ISIN 0006452907) hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung dem Vorschlag des Vorstands für eine deutliche Anhebung der Dividende zugestimmt. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 schlagen Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand des führenden Softwareanbieters für die Bau- und Medienbranche der Hauptversammlung am 12. Mai 2022 vor, die Dividende um 30 % auf 0,39 Euro je Aktie anzuheben (Vorjahr: 0,30 Euro je Aktie). Nemetschek würde damit zum neunten Mal in Folge die Dividende erhöhen. Bei 115,5 Mio. Aktien würde die Ausschüttungssumme auf 45,0 Mio. Euro steigen (Vorjahr: 34,7 Mio. Euro). Das Unternehmen setzt somit seine nachhaltige Dividendenpolitik auf der Basis der sehr erfreulichen Geschäftsentwicklung im Jahr 2021 fort und lässt die Aktionäre an diesem Erfolg mit einer erhöhten Dividende teilhaben. Der Konzern hatte 2021 den Umsatz nach vorläufigen Zahlen um 14,2 % (währungsbereinigt: 15,6 %) auf 681,5 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 596,9 Mio. Euro) gesteigert und eine hohe EBITDA-Marge von 32,6 % (Vorjahr: 28,9 %) erzielt.
