The shares of Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG ("Pfeiffer Vacuum"), are currently admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). The Management Board of Pfeiffer Vacuum today received an instruction from its majority shareholder, Pangea GmbH, to apply to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the revocation of its admission to trading on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Management Board will comply with this instruction and submit the application to the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as soon as possible. Subsequently, the change to the General Standard will become effective upon expiration of three months after publication of the revocation decision by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the website of Deutsche Börse (www.deutsche-boerse.com). The revocation will not affect the admission of Pfeiffer Vacuum shares to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard).
