Erfolgreiche Hauptversammlung der STINAG AG mit hoher Aktionärsbeteiligung
und großer Zustimmung
Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung (HV) der STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG, die
am 23. Mai 2024 stattfand, brachte äußerst positive Ergebnisse hervor und
spiegelte eine starke Unterstützung der Aktionäre wider.
Zusammenfassung der Beschlüsse: Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns des
Geschäftsjahres 2023, Entlastung des Vorstandsmitglieds für das
Geschäftsjahr 2023, Entlastung der Aufsichtsratsmitglieder für das
Geschäftsjahr 2023, Wahl des Abschlussprüfers für das Geschäftsjahr 2024,
Satzungsänderung: Neufassung von § 12 (Aufsichtsratsvergütung),
Satzungsänderung: Änderung von § 14 Abs. 3 (Änderung des
Nachweisstichtages).
Die HV beschloss eine Dividendenausschüttung von 0,48 € je Aktie, insgesamt
7.145.595,84 €. Der verbleibende Gewinn von 30.234.327,58 € wird auf neue
Rechnung vorgetragen. Die Ergebnisse der HV der STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG
sind äußerst positiv und zeigen eine starke Unterstützung der Aktionäre für
die strategische Ausrichtung und das Management des Unternehmens.
