Unternehmensgründer legen Grundstein für eine stabile Struktur als Basis für ein weiteres nachhaltiges Wachstum von Viscom.
Bei den Stiftungen handelt es sich um die gemeinnützige Viscom Stiftung sowie die beiden Familienstiftungen der Familien Pape und Heuser. Mit diesem Schritt möchten die beiden Gründer, von denen einer derzeit einen Platz im Aufsichtsrat innehat, der andere einen Platz im Vorstand, ihr Lebenswerk langfristig sichern und auch durch kommende Generationen gewahrt wissen. Die beiden Familienstiftungen werden gemeinsam ihren beherrschenden Einfluss auf Beschlüsse der Hauptversammlung der Viscom AG und die Berufung von Mitgliedern in den Aufsichtsrat der Viscom AG in dem Sinne wahrnehmen, dass damit langfristig die Unternehmensziele der Gründer gesichert werden: * Beibehaltung einer führenden technologischen Stellung des Viscom Konzerns im Markt Die Viscom Stiftung verfolgt wissenschaftliche, kulturelle und regionale gemeinnützige Zwecke: * Förderungen wissenschaftlicher Tätigkeit in den Bereichen der industriellen Bildverarbeitung und der künstlichen Intelligenz Mit diesem Maßnahmenpaket möchten die Gründer knapp 37 Jahre nach Gründung des Unternehmens den Grundstein für eine stabile Struktur als Basis für ein weiteres nachhaltiges Wachstum des Unternehmens legen.
