MBB SE proposes 15th consecutive base dividend increase to €1.11 and anniversary dividend of €2.22

Berlin, March 27, 2025 - The Board and the Executive Management of MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4) today resolved to propose the 15th consecutive base dividend increase to €1.11 per share to the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 17 June 2025.

In addition, the management is proposing a special dividend of €2.22€ to mark MBB's 30th anniversary. In total, the dividend would therefore amount to €3.33 per share.

Including this dividend, MBB will have paid out a total of €233 million to its shareholders through share buybacks and dividends since its IPO in 2006.

The Annual Report 2024 will be published on 31 March 2025 at www.mbb.com.
