Deutsche Wohnen with revaluation gains in the third quarter 2021 Berlin, 4. November 2021. As of 30th of September 2021 a revaluation of our real estate portfolio was executed as demand for investment properties continues to be strong. The result of the revaluation of Deutsche Wohnen SE properties amounts to EUR 1.5 billion. That corresponds to an increase of around EUR 1.0 billion since the last revaluation that took place on the 30th of June 2021. With just more than EUR 53 per share as at 30. September 2021, EPRA NTA is slightly above the level of the first half-year 2021 (EUR 52.67 per share as per 30th June 2021). The publication of the interim results for the first nine months of the financial year 2021 is scheduled for the 12th of November 2021.
