Corporate News PNE AG: Hauptversammlung beschließt Dividende Cuxhaven, 30. Mai 2024 – Die Hauptversammlung der PNE AG fand heute (30.05.24) als reine Präsenzveranstaltung in Cuxhaven statt. Die Aktionäre stimmten mit großer Mehrheit der Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns zu und somit dem Vorschlag von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat, eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,04 Euro sowie eine Sonderdividende von ebenfalls 0,04 Euro je gewinnberechtigter Stückaktie auszuzahlen. Deutliche Zustimmung der Aktionäre fand der Beschlussvorschlag zur Entlastung der Vorstandsmitglieder Markus Lesser (CEO) und Harald Wilbert (CFO) sowie von Jörg Klowat, der bis zum 31.03.24 Finanzvorstand der Gesellschaft war. Die Aktionäre beschlossen ebenfalls mit einer klaren Mehrheit den Aufsichtsrat zu entlasten. Wahlen in den Aufsichtsrat standen 2024 nicht an. Mit großer Mehrheit billigte die Hauptversammlung auch den Vergütungsbericht. Die Wahl der KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Bremen, zum neuen Abschlussprüfer für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 und zum Konzernabschlussprüfer für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 erfolgte ebenfalls mit großer Mehrheit. Für den Vorschlag zur Schaffung eines neuen Genehmigten Kapitals wurde die nötige 75%-Mehrheit nicht erreicht.
