München, 02. April 2025 – Mit Beschluss des Amtsgerichts München – Abteilung für Insolvenzsachen – vom 31.03.2025 (Az.: 1501 IN 12207/24) wurde das Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der HPI AG eröffnet und Herr Rechtsanwalt Oliver Schartl zum Insolvenzverwalter bestellt.

 

Die HPI AG hat zwei Inhaberschuldverschreibungen begeben, ISIN DE000A13SM09 / WKN: A13SM0 und ISIN DE000A1MA6Z2 / WKN: A1MA6Z.
