adesso SE: Jörg Schroeder to leave the Executive Board; Michael Knopp to succeed him as Chief Financial Officer in 2025 adesso SE announces that Executive Board member Jörg Schroeder will be leaving the Executive Board of adesso SE at his own request with effect from 30 April 2025 to pursue new opportunities. Schroeder has been a member of the Executive Board of adesso SE since September 2019, helping to shape the company's successful development and its growth from around 4,000 to over 10,200 employees on the basis of solid finances. Under his leadership, the company was admitted to the SDAX in 2022. The Supervisory Board of adesso regrets the decision and expressly thanks Schroeder for his commitment and numerous impulses with which he has advanced the Finance division and the operational areas of Healthcare and Public Administration. The Supervisory Board wishes Jörg Schroeder all the best for his personal and professional future. An experienced successor has been found for the Finance division in Michael Knopp (58), who will join the Executive Board of adesso from 15 January 2025. Michael Knopp has a contract until January 2028 and has many years of expertise in both group finance and information technology. The business graduate worked for many years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the listed company SUSS MicroTec SE and subsequently at Materna Information & Communications SE. He is currently Managing Director and CFO of the IT service provider akquinet Holding GmbH, from which he is moving to adesso SE. The Supervisory Board considers Knopp to be the ideal person to successfully develop the Finance division in the rapidly growing Group.
